肝臟的發育、再生、衰老及慢性肝病的細胞和分子機制研究；腫瘤異質性、微環境、進化和生物標記；幹細胞及類器官；分化、發育、衰老與再生；疾病組學；單細胞組學技術創新與應用；細胞命運圖。

當前研究受到所在研究平臺（譚廣亨教授負責）的支持，所進行的基金課題是：Integrating regenerative medicine, multi-omics and artificial intelligence platforms to improve the target discovery for new diagnosis and precision intervention of chronic liver fibrosis（0011/2023/AKP; PI: 譚廣亨; MOP$11,917,000.00; 2024.06.07–2027.06.07）。
本人2024年8月全職獲聘澳門科技大學醫學部教授，申請的相關FDCT基金在評審中（MOP 300萬，負責人，2025.01.01-2027.12.31年，專案在評審中，題目：肝細胞癌的單細胞多維度組學演化景觀及新型診療模型構建）。
