1. 具有一流大學或學科博士學位或同等學歷； 2. 已獲得博士學位2年以內，或預計在申請截止後 6 個月內獲得博士學位； 3. 申請者需具備與應聘方向相關的研究經驗，熟悉相關的實驗設備及技術； 4. 具備較強的獨立科研能力和科研創新意識，以第一作者發表過相關領域的高水準研究論文； 5. 品行優良，作風嚴謹，踏實勤奮，責任心強，具有良好的團隊合作精神。
